Strict quality control system

Step1: QC step by step

When all process was finished, factory production team will use their own quality checking system to check the quality, then finish the packing.

Step2: Packing QC

The most important "Factory independent QC"

STEP 1

There is QC before each process, factory can find unqualified products at early time.

STEP 2

It is normal process, most of factories only have this step for quality control. Actually, after step 2, the quality control still not be finished, we still have another quality control team, called "Factory independent QC", it represents the boss's demand for quality, as distinguished from the factory production team's quality checking system,even against them, only do what the boss said. They checked goods according to customer's requirements AQM1.5/2.5. Once the checking was finished, they will finish the inspection report to the boss. Once the boss sign the report, the goods can be shipped. If not, goods will be returned to production team and restart step 2.

STEP 3

Until the boss signed the report, then goods can be shipped.

Attention: In this way, it can protect the boss's wallet well and be more accountable to customer's products quality. So this is very important step for good quality control.
